3. Prices and Shipping Costs

3.2 We ship only within the Philippines. Shipping costs will be to your account.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

5.1 Given the intimate, highly personal nature of the product, returns are exclusively accepted in the event of damage upon delivery or product defects. Our commitment to ensuring you achieve restful sleep remains unwavering.

5.2 It is your responsibility to inspect your Product/s on delivery. Should your Product/s be defective upon receipt, not match the description or are not fit for the purpose specified, Magniflex will offer a full refund or replacement.

7. Warranty

Our commitment to quality is evident in our use of premium materials, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship. Magniflex Philippines ensures the quality of your purchase with a One-Year Warranty. During this period, Magniflex, at its discretion and with handling costs borne by the purchaser, commits to replace the pillow found defective due to faulty materials.

Covered by this Warranty:

Our mattress limited warranty shall apply in the following circumstances:

• Physical defects in the product core resulting in foam splitting or cracking under normal usage and proper handling.

• Deterioration of the foam structure, preventing the pillow from returning to its original shape.

This Warranty Excludes:

• Personal preference of softness or firmness.
• Normal softness increase that doesn’t compromise the pressure-relieving qualities of the product.

• Products that gain either more softness or firmness due to usage. Depending on usage, products may gain softness or firmness overtime. Due to the way our products are manufactured, no two products will have the same soft or firmness.

• Any defect related to the pillow cover.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute

This Agreement and all matters arising from it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection with this Agreement to the exclusion of all other courts and jurisdictions.
